Life coaching:

“What do you call an astute, deeply perceptive person who radiates positive, inspiring energy and helps you believe in yourself? I’m not sure, but if you could use someone like that to help you on your way, I strongly recommend Nadhira. She’s terrific! ”

“Knowledge of why we do the things we do and say the things we say is powerful and freeing. Coaching slowly helped me to break down the walls that I built up around myself and emerge from the shadows of doubt, anger, hurt and betrayal in order to create a new purpose for life and relish every single element of my being. It also enabled me to slowly find my way back after being ‘lost’ and now I embrace the opportunity to play the major role in deciding my journey in life.

Working with Nadhira has simply been an amazing and inspirational experience. I have shared many laughs, shed many a tear and pulled a couple of hairs out when I felt that nothing was happening. Her patience and enthusiasm towards this process is astounding and her warmth and sincerity also made the weightier sessions surprisingly uplifting. She is easy to get along with and from the first moment you meet her, you feel at ease. Most importantly, Nadhira never lets you give up, not only on the process and its results but most importantly, on yourself and for that, I will always be grateful.”

“First of all, I would like to thank Nadhira Razack for dragging me from an upset person to a person who is totally different and vibrant. I still remember my first day when I spoke to her in September 2009, I was heart broken and always unhappy with my life with absolutely NO HOPE in life/luck what so ever. I was just a machine/robot who had 1 set of routine (i.e Work, sleep and eat) Nothing else. But now I am a sportsman, musician, job seeker, graphic designer and many more. Years back these hobbies were my favourite things to do but due to unforgiving incidents in recent years I left all these activities to become an ineffective robot.

I did go to psychologist because I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety (because I attempted a suicide). Those few sessions did help me but were NOT effective in real life as such.

I was referred to Nadhira through my sister’s colleague. Nadhira coached me at a time when I was really low in morale with complete hopelessness. She went through many therapies to remove my grievances, sadness and anger over 6 – 8 weeks time. For some unknown reason I recovered surprisingly during those times. It didn’t really happen in a flash of a second but by self initiative I started stepping into a new world. the  things that I thought were impossible, are NOW possible for me, IF NOT I will still make it possible whatsoever. Such was an attitude I developed from my coaching with Nadhira. I highly recommend Nadhira’s coaching for those people who are hurt because of ex’s, recession, joblessness and family matters.  Saying that you will have to make a commitment to change your life as well. Coaching will always be ineffective IF YOU DONT want to change. If someone wants to talk to me, you can call Nadhira to have my number. Good luck and wish you for a drastic change in your life.
